DESCRIPTION:Step (Systematic Training for Effective Parenting) is divided into 7 sessions\, each covering different actual themes for a parent. \n\nUnderstanding yourself and your child\nUnderstanding beliefs and feelings\nEncouraging your child and yourself\nListening and talking to your child\nHelping children cooperate\nDiscipline that makes sense\nChoosing your approach\n\nStep groups consist of maximum 15 people leaded by step instructor and last   for1-1.30 hours. \nWhy groups? \nstudies have shown that parents in groups encourage each other.they often share concerns and learn that their problems are not unique. \ninvestigating the reasons of misbehavior is one of the main purposes of Step.after identifying this  reason\, parents search for ways   not to reinforce this unacceptable behavior and to encourage cooperative behavior. \nduring step parents reconsider their present methods of parenting and learn to use the alternative methods that are taught here.this process helps them  to better  meet the challenges of raising children and make this process enjoyable for both parent and a child. \nStep is based on Alfred Adlers  and Rudolf Dreuikurs psychological principles(individual psychology)both of them are concentrated on child’s behavior and state that every behavior has a social purpose and no behavior can be ignored. \nFirst step was performed in 1976. according to numerous studies step has effective outcomes.parents questioned confirm that after attending step their relationship with the child has  changed for  better\,they have learned how to treat a child that misbehaves and their self-esteem has become higher. \nWorking language: Georgian

SUMMARY:Circular Economy-Mapping Session
DESCRIPTION:During the Circular Economy Mapping Week CEC Organizers will voluntarily set up group sessions to map the circular initiatives in their cities (60+city). The overall objective of the session is to bring together circular enthusiasts to discuss and learn about the latest circular initiatives happening in their cities\, as well as to map out circular initiatives taking place globally and make this information available online and free for all.\n\n\n \n\n\nDuring the mapping session\, participants will get information about CEC activities and they will contribute to expand this global net- work. Groups of 4 people will identify circular initiatives in five pre- selected sectors. (e.g. manufacturing\, textile\, etc.). Based on group discussions\, each group will fill in the grid and present to other group members.\n\n\n \n\n\nToday we have a linear ‘take\, make\, dispose’ economic model that relies on large quantities of cheap\, easily accessible materials and energy\, and is a model that is reaching its physical limits. Circular Economy opens a world of opportunity to rethink and redesign the way we make stuff.
